Job Summary
Showroom Consultant to drive bathroom showroom sales, design and coordinate bathroom sales projects, and provide expert product advice from enquiry through to completion. Meet customers in the showroom, on site, or in their home; prepare and follow up on quotes quickly and accurately; use upselling and linked selling techniques to drive sales; deliver a professional, friendly customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the bathroom sector (essential)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confident communication with customers and colleagues
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety
