Job Summary
Create a warm, welcoming first impression for clients in person, over the phone, or in writing, and offer refreshments and amenities to enhance their showroom experience. Promptly respond to inquiries with accurate product knowledge while assisting sales representatives with sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking, and returns. Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery. Represent TileBar with professionalism, embodying our values and dedication to exceptional service. This role requires flexibility for retail hours including weekends and evenings, occasional travel for market events, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant Sales Support experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed
- Ability to travel occasionally for market events, training, or showroom openings
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for sample movement and showroom maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries
- Experience working with Commercial Contractors
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
