Job Summary
FACETS of Dallas showroom leadership role overseeing luxury kitchen, bath, and appliance showroom sales. Responsible for managing outside sales and in-showroom consultants, driving builder-driven growth, owning financial performance, merchandising strategy, and the customer experience. Partners with Profit Center Manager to align sales strategy, growth priorities, and market approach; leads a high-performing showroom team, coaches and develops staff, builds community and vendor relationships, and ensures safe, efficient operations and asset protection.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years showroom sales experience
- 1+ year leadership experience
- 5+ years builder sales experience
- 2+ years experience managing sales teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Read/write/speak English
- Strong merchandising and product strategy knowledge
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Leadership and coaching abilities
