Job Summary
Manage lead intake from calls, walk-ins, and website inquiries by qualifying prospects and routing them to Sales Specialists. Follow up on missed calls, warm leads, and proposal reminders while coordinating appointments for the Sales Department. Greet customers in the showroom, recommend products, and maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions. Create and manage sales materials, perform showroom maintenance, and escalate stalled leads or concerns to the Sales Director. Coordinate information flow across Sales, Fulfillment, Field, and Accounting departments. Assist with social media operations and public platform review management.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent
- Three (3) years of related work experience in customer service, sales support, or CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM/workflow platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
