Job Summary
Showroom assistant for MAM's Barcelona showroom, responsible for customer service, showroom communication, greeting customers, answering questions about MAM products, helping customers find items, and keeping the space clean and organized. Duties include arranging product displays, coordinating inventory with logistics, providing product information and demonstrations, organizing in-store events/fashion shows, processing sales transactions, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring excellent client relations. Requires knowledge of fashion/merchandising, retail experience, and proficiency in Spanish and English; includes skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or certificate in retail or fashion merchandising
- Spanish and English proficiency
