Job Summary
Welcome and engage every guest while managing showroom walk-ins and assisting with previously booked visits. Maintain showroom standards by ensuring the space remains clean, organizing maintenance with local suppliers, and keeping marketing tools and merchandising setups updated. Support business developers to increase store traffic and utilize the CRM system for appointment registration and follow-ups. Organize approximately two events per month, manage general enquiries via email and phone, and prepare sample shipments for clients, architects, and developers. Insert warehouse orders using SAP HANA. Work Mon to Friday from 10am to 7pm. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, along with a passion for architecture and design.
