Job Summary
Field Associate role in the Tampa area focusing on property showings for rental properties with occasional property evaluations. Contracted hourly position (1099). Travel to properties for showings, ensure accessibility and security, document feedback, and utilize Doorstead tooling to report deficiencies. Optional evaluations cover property conditions during management start/move-ins/m move-outs, with time estimates: showings 30 minutes, evaluations 1 hour. Requires real estate license (policy) but not for real estate activities; strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with mobile apps and photography are essential. Independent, flexible work environment in a prop-tech startup setting.
Required Qualifications
- Real estate license is required as company policy
- Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
