Job Summary
Conduct property showings for prospective tenants in the Myrtle Beach area, ensuring accessibility and securing the property upon departure. Report prospect and property feedback while optionally performing evaluations to assess conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs. Use the Doorstead tooling to document deficiencies, evaluate exterior areas and basic system functionality, and prepare reports via mobile apps with detailed photography. This 1099 hourly position offers $40-50 per showing with paid commute time. A real estate license is required, and candidates must have a background in showings or property management, reliable transportation, and proficiency with smartphone photography.
