Conduct property showings for prospective tenants across the Puyallup area, ensuring accessibility and securing the property upon departure. Report prospect and property feedback while utilizing the Doorstead tooling to document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports. Optionally assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs by evaluating exterior areas, common spaces, and basic electric and plumbing functionality. Complete evaluations independently with an average time of one hour. Requires a real estate license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with smartphone photography. Paid commute time is included.
Required Qualifications
