Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Demo existing bath or shower installations and install new tubs, pans, wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This residential remodeler role supports West Shore Home's mission to deliver high-quality bathroom and flooring remodels across over 40 locations, with paid training and unlimited professional growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Availability for Monday-Friday schedule
- Start time of 6:30 AM
- Background check
- Drug screen
