Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain a clean and organized environment adhering to infection control protocols and provide emotional support and companionship. Requires an active Missouri CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer residents, and strong communication skills. Full-time day shift available Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday at $17/hour and up. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
