Job Summary
Greet guests, capture professional-grade photos, and process sales transactions at the photography point-of-sale. Manage photo recalls, edits, printing, and packaging while ensuring compliance with PCI standards for credit card data. Conduct end-of-shift settlements for money, coupons, and vouchers, and proactively up-sell guests in a fast-paced environment. Maintain assigned photo locations by keeping them stocked, clean, and organized. Handle equipment safely, communicate issues promptly, and comply with all safety directives. Work within the Merchandise team to ensure a satisfying guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
- The ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry instructions
- The ability to safely climb ladders, hills and stairs
- Effectively perform in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
