Job Summary
Train riders in jumping techniques and competition strategies while developing conditioning programs for horses. Assess and improve horse-rider partnerships, organize training sessions, and monitor fitness, health, and performance. Provide feedback and evaluations to ensure a safe and effective training environment. This role requires proven experience in show jumping instruction, strong equine behavior knowledge, and the ability to coach riders of varying skill levels. The position includes a basic salary, housing, utility bills, annual leave tickets, and health insurance.
