Responsibilities include growing subspecialty shoulder/elbow volume within the group, collaborating with trauma, sports medicine, and adult reconstruction teams, participating in general orthopaedic call, and leveraging referrals for complex revision work if desired. The candidate should be board eligible or certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, hold a medical degree, be fellowship trained or have applicable clinical experience, and be eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
