Job Summary
Shot Peen - Masker & Sander role on 1st/2nd shifts in Wichita, KS. Responsibilities include racking/un-racking, sanding/masking parts, assisting with prep before/after shot peen forming, learning shot peen forming on the job, and general labor to support the plant. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; aerospace manufacturing experience and use of sanding equipment/tools preferred. Must be dependable, communicate well, follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and have reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have prior experience using hand tools such as sanding equipment
- Must be self-motivated and produce quality work
- Must have excellent attendance record & reliable transportation
- Open to learning a new skill; manual shot peen forming
- Dependable, team-oriented, and good communication skills
- Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
