Job Summary
Navigate the restaurant with the signature shot cart, engaging guests in a fun, energetic, and professional manner. Promote and sell featured shots and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable interactions. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, spirits, and promotions, ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws. Keep the shot cart clean, stocked, and presentation-ready, working closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize guest satisfaction. Must be at least 21 years old, hold current Title 4 Alcohol Certification and Food Handler Card, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous bartending or hospitality experience is a plus.
