Shot Blast Team Member - Porter Corp (7AM - 5:30PM)

Responsible for quality of product before shot blast and during the processing; supports continuous improvement in line with department and company goals; participates in and encourages team building; provides feedback to the team and weld shop supervisor; promotes a positive work environment; follows Porter Corps procedures and policies; works safely and efficiently with a customer-focused mindset; able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods, and read/interpret blueprints and written documents; performs other duties as assigned; requires basic computer skills and EPICOR ERP or similar systems; operates hand tools, hi-lo and cranes with safe and efficient operation.
