Join NEXT Swindon Outlet as a Short-term Temporary Team Member for summer. Work 5.50 hours per week with Saturday shifts 09:00–15:00. Contracts range from a few days up to 12 weeks, offering flexible, short-term work. You’ll join the in-store team on the sales floor, the stockroom, or both, delivering fast, friendly service, helping customers find what they need, keeping the shop floor stocked and presentable, and processing deliveries and stock transfers. Responsibilities include stocking, packing, and preparing stock to meet customer timescales, maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house, and potential cross-area support. Availability for the Summer Sale weekend may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on learning and developing new skills.
