Job Summary
In-store Team Member role for NEXT during the summer season. Responsibilities span the sales floor and stockroom: delivering fast, friendly customer service, helping customers find items, keeping shelves stocked and the floor visually appealing, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, picking and packing parcels, and maintaining a clean, safe back-of-house area. Role may involve supporting both areas; shifts are short-term and vary with the Summer Sale, including a Friday 11:00–17:00 slot and availability for promotional weekend work.
