Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to AACCN Synergy Model standards. Offer precepting support to new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Requires state licensure as an RN, approximately six months of ICU/PCU experience, or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. This full-time, onsite role involves a 72-hour pay period with day and night rotation. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- ~6 months of ICU and/or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
- Shift: Day and Night Rotation
- Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
