Job Summary
Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students in school settings under IEP/medical plans. Develop and deliver treatment programs aligned to each student’s IEP, conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments, complete annual and triennial reviews, and maintain thorough documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations, and report on student progress. Must hold an OT license in the delivery state (Illinois) and possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy; strong communication skills; background clearance as required. Will work full-time on a short-term basis within Saint Charles, IL, delivering school-based OT services and ensuring compliance with IEP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupation Therapy from accredited educational institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
