Short Stay Observation Unit (SOU) Registered Nurse (RN), Full-Time Nights

Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions while collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharge, and psychosocial support. Evaluate learning needs and provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and circumstances. Effectively delegate care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses or new hires. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Full-time nights shift in Grand Junction, CO. Requires Colorado RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within six months.
