Job Summary
The Short-Order Cook is responsible for preparing made-to-order items such as smashburgers, chipotle bowls, sandwiches, and grilled favorites. Key duties include maintaining movement on the line during busy service while ensuring quality and presentation, setting up and stocking the station for efficient service, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume setting. Candidates must have previous line cook or short-order experience, be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions, and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
