Job Summary
Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose while serving as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions. Mentor team members by being visible, delivering in-the-moment feedback, and fostering a productive employee culture. Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits, assessing individual needs to provide recommendations. Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards. Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed correctly and keep the stockroom organized. Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to management. Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, working a minimum of three four-hour shifts per week. This part-time role requires the ability to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. Reports to the Store Manager in Short Hills, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 3 4-hours shifts per week
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
