Job Summary
Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose while serving as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions. Mentor team members by being visible, setting examples for product knowledge, and delivering immediate feedback to both new and tenured staff. Maintain sales floor presentation, product displays, and stockroom organization per visual merchandising standards, while gathering feedback from customers and associates to report to management. Build relationships with customers and business partners, apply an omni-channel mindset to deliver results, and process shipping and receiving in accordance with company standards. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 30+ hours/4 days a week
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
