Job Summary
Short Form Video Producer responsible for building and scaling platform-native, high-volume shoppable content that drives growth. Responsibilities include ideating concepts (1–3 per day), turning trends into performance-driven creative, shooting and editing with platform-native tools, publishing with optimized titles/thumbnails/metadata/cadence, analyzing engagement and sales performance, partnering with paid/strategy teams to align organic and paid momentum, and directing/producing host talent as needed. Must be proficient with creator tools (Adobe, Final Cut, Canva or similar), understand hooks and pacing for conversion, and operate independently in fast-moving environments. Location is Culver City with Hybrid work arrangement; compensation 65–80K with bonus plan.

- 3+ years creating short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
