Job Summary
Create short-form video content optimized for social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using mobile-first production workflows. Capture, edit, and publish audience-focused assets including behind-the-scenes clips, employee-generated content, and thought leadership stories while adding captions, subtitles, and visual enhancements. Repurpose existing video and presentation materials into engaging short-form assets and analyze performance metrics to refine storytelling techniques and optimize engagement. Partner with communicators and subject matter experts to translate business narratives into compelling digital content for mobile audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience creating content for digital, social media, or owned-channel environments; or advanced degree
- Experience creating short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or similar social media channels
- Experience using mobile-first video production workflows and content creation tools to capture and edit digital content
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form content creation, visual storytelling, and audience-focused content development
- Experience analyzing content performance metrics and applying insights to improve engagement and audience retention
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using creator-focused content platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, Descript, Riverside, or similar tools
- Experience supporting employee-generated content, executive communications, or thought leadership content programs
- Knowledge of social media analytics, channel optimization, and audience growth strategies
- Experience creating content using smartphone-based video production techniques and lightweight creator equipment
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence-enabled content creation or video editing tools
