Job Summary
Prepare raw ingredients, follow strict recipes, and use proper portioning techniques while reading tickets to determine what and when items need to be made. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure they remain clean and sanitized at all times. Maintain top-notch cleanliness and sanitation standards while supporting a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment to create an unforgettable guest experience. Cook experience is required, with great pay and flexible schedules available. Join our established staff at The DW Diner in Merrimack, NH, serving guests from 6am until 2pm Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow direction from others
- Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment
- Cook Experienced Required
