Job Summary
Act as the primary contractual interface with the Client, ensuring full compliance with the Scope of Work, amendments, and service orders. Monitor performance against agreed KPIs covering logistics, transport, warehousing, and quayside operations. Manage variations, claims, invoicing validation, and cost control while maintaining alignment with the Client's operational, HSE, and regulatory requirements during both Active and Non-Active periods. Coordinate internally with Operations, HSE, Customs, and Security leads, and support audits, inspections, and performance reviews by the Client and authorities. This role requires a University degree and 8–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas logistics contracts or port-based operations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in Oil & Gas logistics contracts or port-based operations
- Strong knowledge of offshore logistics, shorebase operations, and marine support services
- Proven experience managing complex service contracts and KPIs
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
