Job Summary

Shopper Activation Manager to lead and own onsite and offsite media strategy and activation within the Retailer’s Media Network, coordinating with the Retailer Ads/Marketing Team, Mars account team, Agency of Record, Marketing, and National Media Managers to deliver integrated activation plans across in-store, media, merchandising, and digital channels. Own activation strategy and execution, ensure alignment with Joint Business Plans, manage budgets and POs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize full-funnel campaigns. Three Manager positions exist across Grocery, Value & Specialty, and Drug & Mass channels; role involves hands-on search management, budget ownership, and leadership in retail media programs with occasional remote work in a hybrid setup.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in the CPG or retail media industry

  • 4+ years of experience in the CPG or retail media industry
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing retail media programs (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing)
  • 2+ years of client-side experience within a CPG company's sales, marketing, or eCommerce team
  • Strong understanding of digital media landscape (search, display, social)
