Job Summary

Manage daily customer interactions from start to finish, building trust and guiding clients to confident product choices while meeting commercial targets. Handle customer dossiers and balance customer needs with organizational goals, maintaining a positive shop atmosphere through independent and team-based service. Provide consistent support across dual brands, remaining calm during high-emotion situations and taking initiative to seize sales opportunities. Report directly to the shop manager while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm with colleagues and customers as an authentic product ambassador.
