Job Summary
Lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, and late night deep cleaning. Manage all operational functions including accounting, scheduling, inventory, and ordering, while handling HR duties such as hiring, training, development, and performance management of team members. Execute variable shifts covering openings, closings, and weekends. Prioritize competing deadlines with strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
