Job Summary
Shopkeeper leads the shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating customers and team members with care and respect. This full-time role includes accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management) for all team members, with variable shifts including opening, closing, and weekend coverage. The candidate should be passionate about customer service, organized and proactive, and capable of growing as a leader while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
