Job Summary
Manage accounting, scheduling, inventory, and all HR functions including hiring, training, and performance management for the Lexington, KY team. Act as second-in-command at full shops or first-in-command at low-volume locations while reporting directly to the Shopkeeper. Complete variable shifts covering opening, closing, and weekend hours. Receive ongoing training and development to support shop operations and prepare for future Shopkeeper roles.
