Shopify Operations Intern

Job Summary
QA Shopify stores by hunting down bugs, inconsistencies, and broken experiences after major updates. Troubleshoot store issues with the team, perform day-to-day e-commerce problem solving, and help drive fixes to resolution. Maintain accurate pricing, store information, and operational data across all stores. Assist with bringing new products and entire Shopify stores to life, from initial setup through launch. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle repetitive tasks with care, and has a basic understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms; strong interest in e-commerce and curiosity about how online stores work and grow. The role offers a flexible, hybrid remote work arrangement with an internship duration of 3 months and is unpaid.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed or currently in the final year of a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
