Job Summary
Shopify Growth Specialist at Centr will own end-to-end offer testing, storefront merchandising, and international storefront operations across shop.centr.com, inspirefitness.com, and regional storefronts. You’ll design and ship net-new offer tests with hypotheses and kill criteria, manage product launches and promos, build landing pages, and drive revenue through bundles, cross-sells, and subscriptions. Responsibilities emphasize end-to-end execution, margin-focused decision making, and ownership of outcomes (70% hands-on building/shipping, 30% results interpretation). You’ll read analytics (Shopify, GA, Triple Whale) to determine scale, optimize across PDP/cart/post-purchase, and operate merchandising and international storefronts with currency and distributor onboarding.’’
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years hands-on Shopify in DTC ecommerce
- Deep Shopify admin: products, variants, metafields, collections, navigation, discounts, markets, shipping rules
- Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS: can create new sections, edit existing theme code, and launch new themes
- Ships through GitHub — create, review, merge PRs; QA theme code before production
- Numerate: reads Shopify analytics + GA + Triple Whale (or similar) and computes contribution margin from order data
- Strong project management — owns launch timelines end-to-end (Asana or similar)
- AI-native — defaults to AI tooling for automation, theme development, and reporting
- QA discipline by default — mobile + desktop, logged-in + logged-out
- DTC fitness / equipment or subscription-app experience
- Hands-on with A/B testing tools (Visually or similar)
- Hands-on experience with subscription tools (Recharge or similar)
- Startup or lean-team experience
- International / multi-market Shopify (Markets, distributor models)
- NetSuite
