Job Summary
Conduct access controls and patrols within retail locations, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, and staff. Monitor security cameras and execute appropriate measures for incidents such as break-ins, damage, or vandalism. Maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor while ensuring safety across assigned sites. Requires valid IHK security certification, B2 German proficiency, and A1 English. Full-time schedule Monday through Saturday from 09:45 to 20:15, including weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens IHK - Sachkunde gem. §34a am Standort Bonn und Köln
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtsystem, auch an Wochenenden
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Handeln
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level A1)
- Mindestalter 18 Jahre
- Wohnhaft in Deutschland seit mindestens 5 Jahren
- Keine Vorstrafen oder relevanten Einträge im Führungszeugnis
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level B2)
