Job Summary
Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise and process items for eCommerce and in-store showcases. Forward selected goods to the online facility to support sales growth while maintaining a clean work area and hitting financial goals. Complete required training to assist the site in achieving online sales targets and maximize posting percentages. This role functions in various store capacities as needed. Candidates must be able to spend over eight hours standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds while demonstrating strong customer focus and attention to detail.

- Has solid knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, and navigation of the internet
- Takes initiative in stimulating and enhancing personal knowledge, skills, and abilities

- Good retention and ability to apply learning to a future set of parameters
- Is compelled to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve set goals or targets

- Has close, distance, peripheral, color vision abilities, depth perception, and is able to adjust focus
