Job Summary
Shopfloor Training Coordinator to support and document training programs, implement a qualification system in production, and assist in planning, implementation, coordination, and tracking of all training and development strategies. Responsible for supporting training activities and skill qualification of blue-collar from support functions, including qualification system planning, coordination, and documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of manufacturing and/or training experience, with cross-functional exposure across departments; proficiency in Malay and English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, social science or related degree
- several years of manufacturing experience in a supervisory position
- minimum of 3 years manufacturing and/or training experience
- Cross-functional Experience: insight into different departments/Functions/BUs through projects or assignments
- Language: Malay and English
