Job Summary
Entry-level Shop/Yard Laborer responsible for maintaining cleanliness of shop and yard, general landscape duties, and assisting with various tasks to support CRH operations. Responsibilities include collecting/emptying garbage, sweeping, maintaining a clean work area, snow removal with shovel/snow blower/bobcat, operating water truck, sweeper, forklift, front end loader, and delivery truck (non-CDL), and assisting with loading for customers. Emphasis on safe work habits, routine attendance, and contributing to an inclusive team environment. Training provided with potential for overtime and opportunities for internal mobility and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass physical exam and pre-employment drug testing
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance
