Job Summary
Shop Worker in United States Temporary Power team responsible for crimping wire, refurbishing Tac-Ons and distro cages. Initial 2-3 weeks of training on crimping, Tac-Ons, and distro cages, followed by assignment to a toolbox with necessary tools and supervision to build confidence. Focus on delivering quality work with attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion. Requires the ability to read a tape measure, safely use power and hand tools, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Emphasizes mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and strong interpersonal/communication skills to support project needs and multi-priority workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with ability to build and repair electrical equipment
- Able to use all power and hand tools safely
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player
- Must be able to read tape measure
