Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, and prepare doors, frames, and architectural hardware to customer specifications using welding, cutting, and drilling techniques. Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery while reading work orders and drawings to ensure accuracy. Inspect completed work for quality standards and maintain organized inventory by receiving, packing orders, and managing stock records. Load and unload delivery vehicles and move materials between warehouse and production areas while following all health and safety policies. Maintain clean, organized work areas and report damaged or low-stock materials. Requires at least one year of welding experience, a valid G driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Salary is $20-$25/hour with on-site parking and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with welding and metal fabrication
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Experience checking finished work for quality and accuracy, including verifying measurements, spotting defects, and making sure orders match specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid G driver's licence

- Ability to read work orders, drawings, and measurements and follow work instructions accurately
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
