Job Summary
Shop / Warehouse Manager role managing A/V inventory and equipment for live events, both hands-on in the shop and in the office. Responsibilities include pulling, staging, packing, unloading, equipment maintenance, organizing the shop, coordinating with local crew, forklift operation, and implementing inventory processes. Office duties include managing repair processes (RMA) and improving the inventory system, labeling, and organizing gear, while supporting project managers and event teams with equipment readiness and logistics. Requires experience with inventory in a shop/warehouse setting, strong organization, and ability to lift/move equipment; forklift certification is a plus. On-site role located in Rancho Cordova, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Inventory management systems experience in a shop/warehouse environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience preparing, packing, and managing equipment for events or job sites
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely in a warehouse environment
