Job Summary
Assemble & buildValue Add machines and support production flow using established work instructions; safely operate basic hand/power tools to install parts, batteries, and labels; perform basic visual quality inspections to ensure machines/components are clean and complete; assist with staging and tracking inventory movement in the warehouse via basic computer functions and warehouse systems; follow safety regulations and clearly communicate production or quality issues to the supervisor. The role emphasizes repetitive assembly tasks, following diagrams, and basic computer/tool proficiency, with a standard 40-hour workweek and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or 6+ months of relevant experience; previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience is preferred.
- Experience operating basic manual hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to execute repetitive assembly tasks accurately, follow technical instructions/diagrams, and read basic measurements.
