Shop Technician

Shop Technician responsible for WOS efforts in the North Eastern USA to promote and pursue new business opportunities for the newly incorporated product line; promote and develop a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations; ensure ISO and API QHSE standards and work methods are followed; maintain service quality during operations; build and maintain customer relationships; perform sales calls when necessary; work at the shop; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; handle downhole tools at the shop (make up/break down); follow all job procedures; report to District Manager to ensure high service quality; provide feedback to Shop Manager on tool performance; complete all reporting requirements in a timely manner; perform other duties as assigned; mount, install, align, and secure tools; monitor operations; observe gauges and indicators; stop machines to remove pieces or change tooling; conduct inspections to evaluate quality or performance.
