Job Summary
Plan, troubleshoot, and repair Caterpillar equipment and components while maintaining safe, environmentally sound work behaviors. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using testing equipment and prepare accurate service and repair reports for customers. Maintain excellent customer relations through frequent communication and undertake assignments as required to support customer needs. This role involves working within one of the safest organizations in the industry, supported by comprehensive training and a tool purchase program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Valid Technician Licence relative to this position, following Provincial standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Technician
