Shop Technician

Troubleshoot, repair, and recondition construction, municipal, and highway heavy equipment, including large diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. Establish and enforce organization standards to maintain quality service while presenting a favorable company image through professional appearance, conduct, and vehicle operation. Research industry trends to recommend solutions and identify product improvements, supported by factory training and a clean driving record. Requires minimum two years of full-time heavy equipment experience and a high school diploma or GED.
