Job Summary
RMS Mining Solutions is seeking an experienced Shop Technician for equipment rebuilding and welding tasks. Candidates should have heavy equipment maintenance experience and supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient at welding and cutting
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Safe operation of forklifts, cranes, equipment, etc.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently
- Desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative
- Capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner
Desired Qualifications
- Diesel Mechanic Degree preferred
- 10+ years heavy equipment maintenance experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
