Job Summary
Cleans and maintains shop and yard daily, including storm drains and rain gutters. Maintains inventory of filters and parts, service and wash generators, and manages oil tanks with updated logs. Keeps loose parts, cables, and misc. products organized off the floor. Loads and unloads equipment using a forklift, maintains a well-stocked warehouse, and assists mechanics and field technicians as needed. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and use all power and hand tools safely. Adheres to OSHA safety rules and Power Plus quality standards. Hourly pay range is $18.00 - $24.00.
Required Qualifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety rules and use of equipment – hard hats, etc.
- Adhere to Power Plus safety and quality standards when setting and/or picking up equipment
- Must arrive at shop on time ready to work
- Provide quality work product and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player
- Ability to see tasks through to completion
- Good communication skills required
- Able to use all power and hand tools safely
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to drive forklift and load and unload equipment
