Job Summary
The Shop Technician performs service activities primarily in the main service shop for customer and sales and rental fleet equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing repairs on various components such as engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems, preparing documentation for service activities, and following safety procedures. Candidates must hold an Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or a related field and have a minimum of three years' experience in heavy equipment service.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or closely related field
- Minimum of three years of directly related experience in heavy equipment service
